About Rita

For Rita, real estate runs in the family. A native Chicagoan, she grew up as the daughter of a Chicago real estate developer, and learned more about the many neighborhoods of the city than most residents do in their lifetime. Joining @properties was a simple decision. As Chicago’s fastest growing real estate brokerage firm, they have a “next-generation” approach to real estate – continually raising the bar on service, professionalism and performance.

She quickly excelled, joining the ranks of Chicago’s top 2% of agents in only four years. Rita balances the tech-savvy skills needed to buy and sell a house in today’s economy, with the personal connection of seeing her clients from the start of their journey, all the way to the closing table. But in her eyes, technology is simply a tool. “I hope we remember to always keep the personal contact with our clients. I think that is why we have this job and why computers can never take it over. When the personal touch is gone, so are we.”

Rita helps buyers and sellers all over the city, but has recently made the Bucktown neighborhood her home with her new husband. And while real estate is her passion, Rita believes in balancing work with pleasure. She can often be found running in her Bucktown neighborhood, or watching Big Ten Football with her husband.
